Do you need to add photo portfolio, family pictures album or any set of images to your DotNetNuke portal? If yes, then we got just what you need. DNN Quick gallery module does it in seconds saving your time and providing your visitors with a great visual experience. All you need to do is to upload your pictures to a certain folder under your portal root and launch the module.

Quick Gallery Moduleautomatically generates pictures thumbnails with dimensions you specify as well as automatically resizes pictures to a certain proportion. In a few seconds and clicks you will get great dotnetnuke lighbox images gallery.

Here is a short description of how the module works:

      1) You upload your images to any folder under your portal root. You don't have to resize them or do any preparations
      2) You install the Quick Gallery module and add it to a certain page
      3) You navigate to module settings and select the folder where you have your pictures
      4) You specify the title for your gallery and description you want to appeal above your pictures
      5) You specify how would you like your pictures to be tagged in grid (file name, file name without extension etc.)
      6) You specify either or not you want pictures to be resized. If yes, then you will need to specify maximum dimension of the picture. E.g. you have a set of landscape and portrait pictures. If you set this field to 500 pixels, then all landscape (wide) pictures width will be resized to 500 pixels. The height will be resized according to original size proportions. Same thing will happen to the portrait pictures towards the height.
      7) You specify the max width or height for the picture thumbnail. Thumbnails will be resized the same way as original pictures (keeping the dimensions)
      8) You click "Start Building" wait for few seconds or minutes (depending on how many pictures you process) and get nice DotNetNuke image gallery
      9) Pagination was added to the version 1.00.04, so now you can optionally specify how many pictures would you like to be displayed with the page load. The feature is added with the use of AJAX so the only portion of the page that should be reloaded is the module content area.
